This privacy and security policy (the “Policy”) is intended to assist you in understanding what information we gather about you when visiting the jbB website, how we use that information, and the safeguards we have in place for the information. By accessing, browsing, or using the website or by communicating with jbB in any form, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Participant’s information, including identifying and non-identifying information and anonymous browsing information pursuant to the terms of this Policy. jbB offers a variety of information and services that are collectively referred to as the “Blogs.” jbB may collect information from individuals who visit the jbB website as well as individuals who register to view or use the Blogs (collectively, “Participants”). Finally, jbB may use Data About jbB Participants, along with Participant’s photographs, comments, and/or personal / professional profiles, to provide information about Participants to third-party end users and/or potential end-users of Participant’s goods, services, or content. jbB uses credit card information solely to collect payment for services. jbB uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve the jbB websites and the Blogs.

3. WEBSITE NAVIGATIONAL INFORMATION
jbB may use commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as Participants navigate the jbB websites or apps. This Privacy Statement does not cover the use of third party cookies.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
jbB may share Data About jbB Participants with jbB agents and affiliates so that these agents or affiliates can contact customers, visitors and Participants that have provided contact information on our behalf. jbB does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. jbB uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on jbB’s behalf. jbB reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information of jbB Participants if required by law or if jbB reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect jbB or its owners or affiliates.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
jbB reserves the right to change this Policy. jbB will provide notification of any material changes to this Policy through jbB websites and Blogs.
